Matt Miller

President

Matt started his career as a licensed contractor in the early 2000s. Matt and Jolene Married in December of 2001. After years of building homes, Matt and his wife Jolene saw an opportunity and went on to start a foundation repair company where they specialized in stabilizing homes and buildings that have settled differentially. Their company has installed over 5,000 helical piles and saved over 1,000 properties. 

In 2014, Matt saw another opportunity after a frustrating experience trying to find a contractor to build a seawall for his father. He called numerous contractors and was disappointed by the lack of professionalism and ultimately decided to do it himself. So, he did!

Fast forward 9 years later and what started out as 1 wall on the Suwannee River has turned into hundreds of new and repaired walls and 3 locations across Florida. 

When Matt isn’t working, you can find him fishing on his boat in Crystal River or out on their farm with his sons Matt and Jackson. 



Jolene Miller

Executive Vice President

Jolene did echocardiograms and carotid ultrasounds from 2001-2012. She left the medical field to join her husband, Matt, with the foundation repair company. It was a small company back then, so Jolene wore many hats. She answered phones, scheduled appointments, sent invoices, managed staff, and operations. With time, these positions would all be filled by others with oversight from her. 

Her experience was pivotal in starting up Florida Seawall Solutions and ensuring that our processes and culture were one to rival most. 

She checks in with office staff weekly. When able, she makes site visits. She also homeschools her 2 teenage boys. You can find her with her sons at football practice, somewhere on the water with friends and family or at church. Jolene is heavily involved with her local church music ministry. She is a member of 2 different Choir and orchestras as a percussionist and 2 local praise bands. She loves serving the Lord with her gifts. 



Brock Davidson

Vice President/Operations Manager

Brock started his construction career when he was only 18 years old. A family friend had an underground civil company and with Brock’s operator skills and ability to read blueprints, he was promoted to Foreman by the age of 19. Unfortunately, years later his early success would come to a halt because of the recession. Brock would pivot and go on and eventually join his brother in college at FSU. 

After college Brock took a job in Atlanta as a superintendent for a large concrete contractor. Here Brock sharpened his skills by getting exposure to how multimillion-dollar projects are built. In 2013, through a mutual friend, Brock was recruited by Matt Miller to join his company. 10 years later Brock now has a minority equity stake in Florida Seawall Solutions and heads up operations for all our locations. 

When Brock isn’t working, you can find him spending time with his wife and dogs. Also, he enjoys being on the golf course where he is surprisingly terrible for how much he plays or out on his boat seemingly driving by all the fish. 

Brandon Davidson

Vice President/Sales Manager

Brandon enlisted in the Army right out of high school where he would go on to proudly serve 5 years as an Airborne Infantry Soldier. After his military career, he decided to take advantage of the GI Bill and give college a shot. He, like his brother Brock, would choose FSU for his studies. 

After college Brandon took a job in Atlanta as a Project Manager for the same construction company as his brother. It was at this job that he learned how to estimate and manage large-scale projects. After a few years, he would go on to join Matt Miller’s company in 2014. Since joining the company, Brandon has worked his way up from junior consultant to now heading up the project managers and estimators. Today Brandon is the sales manager and has a minority equity stake in the company. 



In his free time, you can find him on the golf course regularly beating his brother Brock or out on their boat teaching him how to fish.

Jay Graham

Senior Consultant

Jason has lived here in SWF for over 20 years, this area is one of the greatest places to have built his life. At every opportunity he tries to take advantage of and enjoy the outdoors.

Fun for him is being out on the water or getting back on the golf course. A little-known fact? In a prior life he was a better golfer and was a member of the PGA and CPGA on the club profession side of golf. After golf, an opportunity in Sales was available and he's built a career with it ever since.

For him, going to work is rewarding, especially working for a great company. Here at Florida Seawall, we have a tremendous process from initial appt to final invoice. Whether it’s education about seawalls in general, new construction, operation, and maintenance of an existing seawall, he looks forward to listening to your concerns and building a solution that best suits your seawall needs. 

Rodney Reyes

Sales Consultant

Rodney was born in Massachusetts and raised in Florida as he migrated from the northeast in 1990. He began his career in sales shortly thereafter and settled on construction as his focus. Rodney has experience in various construction trades. He started in roofing and learned various other trades including aluminum building and design and fencing. He has worked with residential, commercial, and governmental clients alike.

In 2022. Rodney began his career with FSS and covers the east coast of Florida. He is thankful for working with a company that supports his efforts despite his distance from his home office. He never worries he is too far away, FSS is always there for him as well as his clients.

As a former Pop Warner football coach from 2007-2019, he appreciates the time and effort it takes to volunteer, and as a result, works well with boards and other volunteer members in his daily activities.

When Rodney isn't working, you can find him hanging out with his two sons, Isaiah & Dominic, or with his daughter and Gaby. Watching sports or attending country music events.
